Job Description

Every parcel scanned, every drop confirmed: that is the job at a courier depot in Pinetown. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

You'll be based at a courier depot in Pinetown. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What you'll actually do

Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Phone customers when the address is hard to find
Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code

Must-haves

Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Able to work Saturdays
At least 1 year of driving experience
Polite with customers at the door

Helpful, not essential

Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
PrDP for staff shuttle posts
Previous courier or last-mile experience
