Job Description

Here's a marketing job at a private school group in Sandton where your reports show real results. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

Home base is a private school group on the Sandton side of Gauteng. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

What you'll actually do

Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Present a monthly results report with what to change next.
Handle opt-ins and unsubscribes so the lists stay POPIA compliant.
Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.

You'll need

A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
Good written English with sharp proofreading

Nice if you have

Knowledge of the ASA advertising code
Basic video editing in CapCut or Premiere
