Job Description

Shelves sell the product, and at this snack and confectionery wholesaler you'll keep them full, neat and priced right. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

The work is in Middelburg (MP), Mpumalanga, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.

What you'll actually do

Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.

You'll need

A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
Matric

Extra points for

A sales or marketing certificate
Speaking two or more local languages
Existing relationships with independent retailers
