Job Description

Stand in front of a class of adults at a private higher education college in Randburg and make the work make sense. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

Home base is a private higher education college on the Randburg side of Gauteng.

What your day looks like

Coach learners who are behind and plan re-assessments
Sit in on workplace visits to confirm learners are doing real tasks
Moderate other assessors' decisions and sign off moderation reports
Develop lesson plans, case studies and assessment guides
Assess portfolios of evidence and write clear feedback to learners

What you need

At least 3 years of working experience in the subject field
Own transport for training at client sites
Relevant qualification at least one NQF level above the one you'll teach
Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good report writing and record keeping

Nice if you have

Experience with QCTO occupational qualifications
Experience with learning management systems such as Moodle
SDF registration and WSP/ATR submission experience
