You'll train adult learners at a manufacturing plant training room in Springs and get them through their qualification. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll be based at a manufacturing plant training room in Springs. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Load learner results onto the SETA or QCTO system
• Develop lesson plans, case studies and assessment guides
• Run practical demonstrations in the workshop with safety briefings
• Give feedback on course materials so the next intake runs better
• Coach learners who are behind and plan re-assessments

• Relevant qualification at least one NQF level above the one you'll teach
• At least 3 years of working experience in the subject field
• Confident presenting to groups of 20 or more adults
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Trade test certificate for artisan training posts
• Teaching qualification or Higher Certificate in adult education
• Experience with QCTO occupational qualifications

• Day-rate contracts with steady bookings
• Travel allowance or company car for site training
• Paid re-registration with your SETA
