Job Description

Home every night: a frozen food distributor in Kuruman needs a steady Code 10 driver for daily routes. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

Home base is a frozen food distributor on the Kuruman side of Northern Cape.

What you'll actually do

Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Check the load against invoices before signing it out
Keep empties and returns separate for credit
Report damaged goods or refused deliveries straight away
Get signed invoices back to the office at the end of each day

Must-haves

Honest with cash and customer goods
Clean driving record
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks
Good knowledge of roads in and around the city
Valid PrDP for goods (G)
Friendly and professional with customers

Nice if you have

Crane or HIAB operator certificate
Experience on a sales-and-delivery route
Speaking local languages on township routes
