Job Description

You'll run local delivery routes around Midrand for a waste management contractor, dropping 10 to 20 stops a day. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

This post is Midrand-based, with most of your time spent at a waste management contractor. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

What your day looks like

Deliver to shops, sites and homes on your route
Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Operate the truck-mounted crane to offload bricks or pallets
Check the truck's oil, water, tyres and lights before leaving

Must-haves

Valid PrDP for goods (G)
Honest with cash and customer goods
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
Clean driving record
Good knowledge of roads in and around the city
