Job Description

You'll run local delivery routes around Thohoyandou for a beverage wholesaler, dropping 10 to 20 stops a day. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

You'll report in Thohoyandou. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What you'll actually do

Collect cash or cheques on COD deliveries and bank them correctly
Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Operate the truck-mounted crane to offload bricks or pallets
Plan your drop order with the dispatch clerk each morning
Check the load against invoices before signing it out

Must-haves

Honest with cash and customer goods
Good knowledge of roads in and around the city
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence
Clean driving record
At least 2 years driving rigid trucks
