Job Description

Long hours, clean record, safe arrival every time: that is what a cross-border transport company in Prospecton pays for. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is a cross-border transport company on the Prospecton side of KwaZulu-Natal.

What your day looks like

Log driving hours and take the required rest breaks
Check the load is secured, strapped or sealed before leaving the depot
Complete border paperwork at Beitbridge, Lebombo or other posts
Carry out fuel stops with the fuel card and keep the slips
Report breakdowns, delays and incidents to the controller immediately
Keep the cab clean and report defects at the end of each trip

Must-haves

Clean driving record with no serious accidents
Clean criminal record
Passport for cross-border routes
Able to be away from home for several nights at a time
At least 3 years on Code 14 trucks
Valid PrDP (G for goods, D for dangerous goods on tankers)
