Job Description

Long hours, clean record, safe arrival every time: that is what a cold-chain logistics fleet in Springs pays for. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

This post is Springs-based, with most of your time spent at a cold-chain logistics fleet.

What your day looks like

Do a full pre-trip inspection: tyres, brakes, lights, couplings and fluids
Check the load is secured, strapped or sealed before leaving the depot
Log driving hours and take the required rest breaks
Keep the cab clean and report defects at the end of each trip
Follow hazchem rules, placards and emergency procedures on tanker loads

What you need

Able to be away from home for several nights at a time
Medically fit, including eyesight
Passport for cross-border routes
Valid Code 14 (EC) licence

Nice if you have

Defensive driving course
Dangerous goods training certificate
Knowledge of SADC border routes

On offer
