Job Description

A clean Code 8 licence and good street sense will get you started at a pharmacy chain in Mahikeng. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll be based at a pharmacy chain in Mahikeng. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

What you'll actually do

Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands
Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID

You'll need

Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Able to work Saturdays
Clean driving record and no criminal record
Good sense of direction and map reading
Polite with customers at the door
Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps

Helpful, not essential

Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
PrDP for staff shuttle posts
Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
