You'll report in White River. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Run Deeds Office searches and title deed checks
• Open transfer files from signed offers to purchase and check the terms
• Apply for transfer duty receipts on SARS eFiling
• Request rates clearance and levy clearance figures from councils and body corporates
• Fix Deeds Office rejection notes quickly and relodge
• Update agents, banks and clients on file progress on the bank portal and by email

• Experience on a conveyancing system such as GhostConvey, LegalSuite or AJS
• Clear, polite updates to anxious buyers and sellers
• Matric, with a conveyancing course for secretary posts
• Admission as a conveyancer for conveyancer posts
• At least 2 years of conveyancing or bond work

• Sectional title and new development experience
• Deeds Office lodgement runner experience in your city
• Estate late transfers

• Normal office hours with rare weekend work
• Parking or taxi allowance for Deeds Office runs
• Registration bonus per file at some firms
• Paid conveyancing short courses
