Deep Clean Crew Member (Post-Construction) – Permanent

You'll do the heavy cleaning at a commercial kitchen in Rustenburg, the kind that needs machines, chemicals and training. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

The site is in Rustenburg; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

• Shampoo carpets and upholstery with an extraction machine
• Foam, scrub and rinse walls, floors and conveyors with approved chemicals
• Run a high-pressure washer on grease, oil and slurry build-up
• Lock out machines before cleaning, as the safety file requires
• Clear builders' dust, paint and cement off floors and windows after construction
• Strip down and wash production equipment after the last run
• Test sanitiser strength with test strips and record the reading

• Willing to work nights and weekends when plants shut down
• Reliable, as crews are small and each person counts
• Not scared of heights for window or rope crews
• Respect for chemical safety and PPE
• Physically strong for wet, heavy work

• Working-at-heights or IRATA rope access ticket
• Chemical safety or HACCP hygiene training
• Pest control registration under the fumigation rules

• Full PPE: waterproof suits, boots, goggles and respirators
• Paid training on machines and chemicals
• Night-shift and standby allowances

• If you hold a heights or rope access ticket, attach it. It can double what you earn in this line of work.
• Say you are available for night and shutdown work. That is when most factory hygiene cleaning happens.
