Trucks come in heavy and leave loaded at this cement and brick yard in Tembisa, and you move the stock in between. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

The work is in Tembisa, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Ride with the driver and carry goods into customers' premises
• Sweep the bay and clear shrink-wrap after each loading
• Offload containers by hand, counting cartons as they come off
• Check goods received against the delivery note and flag shorts
• Assemble or place furniture where the customer asks

• Friendly with customers at the door
• Willing to travel on routes that return late
• Grade 9 or higher and able to read a delivery note
• Able to lift and carry heavy items all day

• Help to get your own licence through the company later
