Job Description

Trucks come in heavy and leave loaded at this beverage depot in Epping, and you move the stock in between. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

This post is Epping-based, with most of your time spent at a beverage depot.

What you'll actually do

Check goods received against the delivery note and flag shorts
Strap and secure loads so nothing shifts in transit
Assemble or place furniture where the customer asks
Ride with the driver and carry goods into customers' premises
Offload containers by hand, counting cartons as they come off
Load trucks from the load sheet in drop order, last stop first

Must-haves

No criminal record
Friendly with customers at the door
Comfortable starting from 04:00 or working late loading shifts
Honest; you will be handling customer goods and cash-on-delivery slips
