Job Description

Good content and clean data both matter at this fitness franchise in Cape Town CBD. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is a fitness franchise on the Cape Town CBD side of Western Cape. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

The work, day to day

Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
Plan a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Present a monthly results report with what to change next.
Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
Write captions, blogs and product copy in a clear local voice.
Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.

You'll need

Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
Good written English with sharp proofreading
A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on
At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads

Extra points for

WordPress or Shopify experience
Knowledge of the ASA advertising code
Photography skills for product shoots
