Estate Security Supervisor – Immediate Start

You'll run a shift of officers at a hospital complex in Polokwane, keeping posts covered and standards high. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

The site is in Polokwane; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites

• Own reliable vehicle
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Labour relations or basic supervision course
