Estate Security Supervisor

You'll run a shift of officers at a residential estate in Rustenburg, keeping posts covered and standards high. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll be based at a residential estate in Rustenburg. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Do surprise night visits to check posts
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• Available after hours for emergencies
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles

• Management training for growth to operations manager
