Estate Security Supervisor – Fixed-Term

You'll run a shift of officers at a hospital complex in Rustenburg, keeping posts covered and standards high. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

The site is in Rustenburg; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Do surprise night visits to check posts
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Available after hours for emergencies
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Matric, with a security management course a plus

• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts
• Mining or hospital security experience

• Provident fund and funeral cover

• Management training for growth to operations manager
