Guests at a beachfront holiday resort in Benoni will never meet you, but they will judge the stay by your work. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

The work is in Benoni, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Report maintenance faults like dripping taps or broken lights
• Log lost property with the guest's room number and date
• Load, wash, dry and press linen in the hotel laundry
• Vacuum, dust and check the minibar in each room
• Keep your trolley stocked and neat before each shift

• Friendly and polite if you meet guests in the corridor

• Honest, since you work in guests' rooms alone

• Experience with industrial laundry machines
