Job Description

You'll cover a route of stores around Ballito, selling in stock and fixing shelves as you go. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

Home base is a personal care brand on the Ballito side of KwaZulu-Natal.

The work, day to day

Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.

You'll need

Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
