Finance Manager (SME)

Month-end, year-end and audit prep all run through you at a mid-sized manufacturing group in Isando. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

The site is in Isando; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

• Prepare the audit file and answer auditor queries
• Build budgets and rolling forecasts with department heads
• Review creditors, debtors and payroll journals from the clerks
• Track stock costing, standard costs and production variances
• Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules

• BCom Accounting or equivalent degree
• Strong Excel skills, including large data sets and lookups
• Experience on an ERP such as Sage X3, Sage 300, Syspro or SAP Business One
• At least 3 years of post-qualification accounting experience

• Consolidation experience across several companies
• CIMA qualification for management accounting posts
