Floor Care Cleaner (Scrubber Machine)

You'll keep a shopping centre in Randburg clean, stocked and fresh before the people arrive. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Randburg. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Clean glass doors and internal windows without streaks
• Clean the kitchenette, wash cups and wipe down the fridge and microwave
• Empty bins and take waste to the correct recycling or general skip
• Refill toilet paper, hand towel and soap dispensers
• Clean and disinfect toilets, basins and urinals several times a shift

• You take pride in a job done properly, even when nobody checks
• Honest, because you work around laptops and personal items
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely with gloves
• Able to start early, often 05:00 or 06:00
• Able to stand, bend and walk for a full shift

• Previous contract cleaning experience with a reference
• Chemical handling training from a supplier or contractor

• Permanent contract once the site contract is secured
• UIF and paid leave under the cleaning sector rules
• Paid overtime for weekend deep cleans
• Uniform and cleaning gloves provided

• Arrive neat and early for the interview. It is a small test of how you will arrive for a 05:00 shift.
• Mention any machines you can use, like a scrubber or polisher. Machine cleaners are harder to find and often get picked first.
