Job Description

You'll keep a call centre floor in Rustenburg clean, stocked and fresh before the people arrive. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is in Rustenburg (North West). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

What you'll actually do

Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors following the daily cleaning schedule
Sign the ablution checklist on the back of the door after each clean
Refill toilet paper, hand towel and soap dispensers
Wipe desks, door handles, lift buttons and light switches
Set up and clear boardrooms before and after meetings

What you need

Able to stand, bend and walk for a full shift
Able to start early, often 05:00 or 06:00
You take pride in a job done properly, even when nobody checks
Comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely with gloves
Clean criminal record for most corporate sites
Grade 10 or higher

Helpful, not essential

Tea service or kitchen experience
Supervisory experience for team leader posts
Training on a floor polisher or scrubber machine
