Front-of-House Service Consultant (Clinic)

You'll help walk-in customers at a mall cellular store in Umhlanga, face to face, all day. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll report in Umhlanga. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.

• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
• A Customer Service NQF certificate
