You'll sell cover that families really use, from a financial advice practice in Cape Town CBD. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll be based at a financial advice practice in Cape Town CBD. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.

• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record

• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• Monthly sales competitions with cash prizes
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
