You'll sell cover that families really use, from a medical gap cover broker in Johannesburg CBD. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

The site is in Johannesburg CBD; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Save policies when clients call to cancel.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.

• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year

• CPD hours logged and funded
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
