Selling financial products in Lephalale means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is Lephalale-based, with most of your time spent at a financial advice practice. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Save policies when clients call to cancel.

• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work

• An existing client book (for field roles)
• Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance
• Your own car for field appointments

• CPD hours logged and funded
• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid

• Show commission history with real figures from payslips; interviewers trust numbers over claims.
• Check your credit record before you apply, because a judgment or default will stop your FAIS appointment.
