Job Description

Harvest time on a wine farm near Upington means early mornings, full crates and paid overtime. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

The site is in Upington; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

What your day looks like

Clean and store picking bags, ladders and secateurs
Keep your picking card or tag count for daily pay
Move irrigation pipes and check drippers for blockages
Plant seedlings in rows at the spacing shown
Follow the re-entry times after spraying, as the signs show

Must-haves

Follows farm hygiene and safety rules
Physically fit for bending, lifting and climbing ladders
Available for the full harvest season
Valid ID or work permit
Willing to start at sunrise
