Job Description

This fitness franchise in Richards Bay lives on online leads, and you'll keep them coming. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is a fitness franchise on the Richards Bay side of KwaZulu-Natal. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

What your day looks like

Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.
Present a monthly results report with what to change next.
Brief photographers, printers and agencies and check proofs.
Design posts and short videos in Canva or Adobe tools.
Write captions, blogs and product copy in a clear local voice.

You'll need

A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on
At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
Good written English with sharp proofreading
Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean

Extra points for

Photography skills for product shoots
Basic video editing in CapCut or Premiere
Knowledge of the ASA advertising code
