Guesthouse Housekeeper

Guests at a game lodge in Soweto will never meet you, but they will judge the stay by your work. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Home base is a game lodge on the Soweto side of Gauteng.

• Friendly and polite if you meet guests in the corridor
• Quick and thorough, with a target of about 14 to 16 rooms a shift

• Honest, since you work in guests' rooms alone
• Well groomed

• Experience with industrial laundry machines
• Speaking a foreign language for tourist guests

• Meals on duty from the staff kitchen

• If you worked in a star-graded hotel, say which grading. It tells them the standard you already know.
