Housekeeping Supervisor (Boutique Hotel) – Experienced

You'll turn rooms around at a conference hotel in Worcester so every guest walks into a room that feels new. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

This post is Worcester-based, with most of your time spent at a conference hotel.

• Do evening turndowns, closing curtains and setting out slippers
• Keep your trolley stocked and neat before each shift
• Report maintenance faults like dripping taps or broken lights
• Clean lobby, lifts and public toilets through the day
• Strip and make beds to the hotel's standard, hospital corners included

• Grade 10 or matric
• Available on weekends, holidays and in peak season
• Friendly and polite if you meet guests in the corridor
• Physically able to push trolleys and turn mattresses

• Previous hotel or guesthouse housekeeping experience
• Speaking a foreign language for tourist guests
• Experience with industrial laundry machines

• Staff accommodation at remote lodges
• Uniform supplied and laundered
• Meals on duty from the staff kitchen
