Job Description

You'll be the person who fixes it when laptops, printers and logins break at a call centre campus in Centurion. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll be based at a call centre campus in Centurion. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

What you'll actually do

Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Write short how-to guides for common user problems

Must-haves

Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
