Junior Data Analyst (Graduate Programme)

You'll turn messy data into reports managers actually use, for a short-term insurer in Vanderbijlpark. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll be based at a short-term insurer in Vanderbijlpark. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Mask or remove personal information in data sets under POPIA
• Build ETL pipelines in SSIS, Azure Data Factory or Python
• Present findings to managers in plain language with clear charts
• Meet business users to turn their questions into report requirements
• Check data quality and trace odd numbers back to the source

• Able to explain what the numbers mean, not just show them
• Careful with sensitive customer data
• Degree in statistics, maths, computer science, economics or a related field
• Strong SQL, including joins, window functions and CTEs
• At least 2 years in a data or reporting role (not needed for graduate posts)
