Job Description

You'll find, win and grow business clients for an office equipment supplier in Stellenbosch. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Home base is an office equipment supplier on the Stellenbosch side of Western Cape.

What you'll actually do

Book and run discovery meetings with buyers and procurement managers.
Attend trade shows and industry breakfasts to meet buyers.
Forecast monthly sales and report pipeline value each Monday.
Respond to RFQs and tenders with complete supplier packs, including B-BBEE certificates.
Visit key accounts monthly and check how the service is going.
Prospect new companies by phone, LinkedIn and walk-ins in business parks.

You'll need

Matric plus a sales, marketing or technical qualification
2 or more years of business-to-business sales with a proven record
Solid presentation and negotiation skills
You close deals, not just collect meetings
Confident with Excel, Outlook and a CRM

Helpful, not essential

A technical trade or engineering background for sales engineer roles
Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot CRM experience
An existing network of buyers in your sector
