Key Account Merchandising Supervisor

Out on the road for a pet food manufacturer in Burgersfort, your car is your office and the store floor is your pitch. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Location: Burgersfort, Limpopo. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.

• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Matric
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience

• A sales or marketing certificate
• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• Speaking two or more local languages

• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Cellphone and data allowance
• Product samples and staff pricing
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
