Key Account Merchandising Supervisor

You'll cover a route of stores around Upington, selling in stock and fixing shelves as you go. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll report in Upington. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.

• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

• Speaking two or more local languages
• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position

• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Cellphone and data allowance
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card

• Bring numbers: cases sold per month, new outlets opened or growth percentages on your route.
