Last-Mile Parcel Driver (E-commerce)

You'll zip parcels, spares or documents around Kimberley for a motor spares shop, all day, all over town. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

This post is Kimberley-based, with most of your time spent at a motor spares shop. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
• Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands
• Follow the delivery app for route and stop order
• Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
• Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area
• Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature

• Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
• Able to work Saturdays
• Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
• Good sense of direction and map reading
• Polite with customers at the door

• Branded uniform and rain gear
• Fuel card for work trips
• Per-drop incentive on busy days

• For owner-driver jobs, list your vehicle's make, year and load size. They hire the vehicle as much as the driver.
• Say you have a smartphone and know delivery apps. Most courier jobs now run through an app and training time is short.
