Learning Materials Developer (NQF Aligned) – Permanent

An accredited training provider in Kuruman needs a facilitator who can teach, assess and keep the paperwork audit-ready. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

You'll be based at an accredited training provider in Kuruman. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Give feedback on course materials so the next intake runs better
• Load learner results onto the SETA or QCTO system
• Run practical demonstrations in the workshop with safety briefings
• Moderate other assessors' decisions and sign off moderation reports
• Facilitate classroom and workplace sessions against the learning programme
• Assess portfolios of evidence and write clear feedback to learners
• Keep attendance registers and learner files ready for SETA verification

• Own transport for training at client sites
• Relevant qualification at least one NQF level above the one you'll teach
• Good report writing and record keeping
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Trade test certificate for artisan training posts
• Teaching qualification or Higher Certificate in adult education
• SDF registration and WSP/ATR submission experience

• Travel allowance or company car for site training
• Holiday breaks between intakes at colleges
• Day-rate contracts with steady bookings

• Put your assessor registration number and the SETA it sits with at the top of your CV.
