Licensed Plumber (PIRB Registered)

You'll sort out burst geysers, leaks and blockages for the private hospital maintenance department in Vereeniging. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

The work is in Vereeniging, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.

• Take photos and complete the insurer's claim report after each geyser job
• Install and repair soil and waste pipes to SANS 10400 Part P
• Replace burst geysers and fit vacuum breakers, drip trays and pressure control valves to SANS 10254
• Order fittings from the supplier and keep the van stocked
• Clear blocked drains with a rodding machine and inspect lines with a drain camera
• Issue plumbing Certificates of Compliance for completed installations

• PIRB registration as a Licensed Plumber, so you can issue plumbing CoCs
• At least 3 years as a qualified plumber, including geyser replacements
• Fit enough to lift a 150-litre geyser with a helper and work in tight roof spaces
• Code 08 licence and a clean driving record

• Fully stocked service van with a fuel card

• Paid PIRB renewal fee
