Live Chat & Email Support Agent

Customers phone this telecoms support centre in Pretoria East when something has gone wrong, and your job is to put it right. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll report in Pretoria East. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Reply to emails and live chats within the service-level window.
• Attend team huddles and weekly coaching sessions on call recordings.
• Handle callers with UK, US or Australian accents and time zones.
• Log every interaction and outcome in the CRM before taking the next call.
• Process address changes, refunds and cancellations on the billing system.

• Basic computer skills: Windows, email and working across a few screens
• Open to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends for offshore campaigns
• No criminal record, as most clients run a background check
• Matric with a pass in English

• A second language, especially Afrikaans, isiZulu or Portuguese
• Previous contact centre or retail customer service experience

• Monthly performance bonus linked to quality and attendance
