Job Description

You'll feed, milk and care for animals on a broiler chicken farm near Atlantis, every day of the year. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

This post is in Atlantis (Western Cape). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

What you'll actually do

Milk cows in the parlour following the milking routine
Keep water troughs and drinkers working
Help the vet with vaccinations and treatments
Collect eggs or check broiler house temperatures
Follow biosecurity rules like foot baths and clean overalls

What you need

South African ID or a legal work permit
Willing to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays on rotation
Comfortable around large animals
Gentle and patient with animals

On offer
