On offer

  • Registration bonus per file at some firms

  • Normal office hours with rare weekend work
  • Paid conveyancing short courses

How to apply

  1. Check you meet the must-haves first; recruiters filter on those before anything else.
  2. Have the following on hand (clear photos on your phone are fine at first): conveyancer admission certificate if applying as a conveyancer plus conveyancing course certificate.
  3. Use the form on this page. It takes about two minutes and you don't need to upload anything yet.
  4. Keep your phone on. Shortlisted applicants are contacted by call, SMS or WhatsApp within 9 working days.

Tips to get shortlisted

  • State how many files you run at once and whether you do transfers, bonds or cancellations; it tells firms where you fit.
  • Mention the Deeds Office you usually lodge at, such as Pretoria or Cape Town, since practice differs slightly.
