Job Description

Buyers and sellers are waiting on your file at a conveyancing firm in Tzaneen, and every step counts. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

You'll report in Tzaneen. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What your day looks like

  • Book signing appointments and explain costs to buyers and sellers
  • Apply for transfer duty receipts on SARS eFiling
  • Request rates clearance and levy clearance figures from councils and body corporates
  • Prepare final statements of account and pay out on registration
  • Prepare deeds of transfer, powers of attorney and bond documents

What you need

  • Matric, with a conveyancing course for secretary posts
  • Organised enough to run 60 or more live files
  • Knowledge of bank panel instruction portals and LAWtrust digital signing
  • At least 2 years of conveyancing or bond work

Helpful, not essential

  • Notarial bonds and servitudes
  • Estate late transfers
