Plant work suits people who watch the numbers and react fast. The gold processing plant near Secunda needs you. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

The site is in Secunda; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Clear blocked chutes safely under isolation
• Log plant readings and downtime on the shift log
• Call maintenance for bearing noise, belt damage or leaks
• Start up, run and shut down crushers, screens and conveyors in sequence
• Clean spillage and keep walkways free of hazards

• Basic computer skills for SCADA screens and logs
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• At least 1 year operating a processing plant
• Grade 12 with mathematics and physical science
• Comfortable around noise, dust and heights while wearing full PPE
