Mine Bus Driver (Shift Transport) – Immediate Start

You'll carry passengers safely around Cape Town CBD for a tour and charter company, on time and by the timetable. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

• Give tourists a friendly welcome and help with luggage on charters
• Inspect the bus before each trip: tyres, brakes, doors, emergency exits
• Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
• Handle breakdowns calmly and keep passengers safe until help arrives
• Check passenger tickets, tags or staff cards when boarding
• Drive fixed routes and keep to the timetable

• Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
• Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
• Clean driving and criminal record
• At least 3 years of bus or taxi driving
• Medically fit

• Split-shift allowance on staff transport routes
• Company uniform
• Paid passenger PrDP renewal

• Talk about safety records in the interview. Bus companies want to hear about zero accidents and on-time runs.
• Mention the number of passengers you have driven and the vehicle type, like "65-seater" or "22-seater midibus".
