Job Description

You'll carry passengers safely around Secunda for a mine shift transport service, on time and by the timetable. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

Home base is a mine shift transport service on the Secunda side of Mpumalanga.

What you'll actually do

Write the trip log with times, kilometres and fuel
Keep the bus clean inside and report any damage
Drive fixed routes and keep to the timetable
Handle breakdowns calmly and keep passengers safe until help arrives
Check passenger tickets, tags or staff cards when boarding

You'll need

Patient and friendly with passengers
Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
Clean driving and criminal record
Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
Medically fit

Helpful, not essential

Experience on mine or staff transport routes
First-aid certificate
Fluent in more than one language
