Job Description

Officers look to you on every shift at a hospital complex in East London. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

Location: East London, Eastern Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours

What you need

Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
Matric, with a security management course a plus
