Job Description

Officers look to you on every shift at a residential estate in Pretoria East. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is Pretoria East-based, with most of your time spent at a residential estate.

What you'll actually do

Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows

What you need

Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
Matric, with a security management course a plus

Helpful, not essential

Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
Own reliable vehicle
Labour relations or basic supervision course

On offer
