Job Description

Early starts, clear routes and people depending on you: a school transport operator in Kariega is hiring bus drivers. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

You'll be based at a school transport operator in Kariega. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What you'll actually do

Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
Drive fixed routes and keep to the timetable
Write the trip log with times, kilometres and fuel
Inspect the bus before each trip: tyres, brakes, doors, emergency exits
Follow speed limits strictly; buses are tracked

Must-haves

Punctual for very early starts
Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
Clean driving and criminal record
Medically fit
Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
